I just want to see my friends
Maybe they’re just really busy
They’re availability bends
One week, two
They always seem to
Find a way to
Get away to
Being busy
Plan a week ahead!
Everyone should attend
Not enough time?
Not enough time.
Maybe I am bad at planning
So let’s try a month ahead
Surely they’ll show up
A dog in the storm
Barking out for someone
Someone to show up
Someone to help
Maybe I don’t deserve friends
I don’t deserve people
Not held high in regard
They all call me sheeple
At the end
Balloons, food, and a party cup
Just for me
The only one who shows up
