Into the Darkness Where Satan Dwells
Into the darkness where Satan dwells,
No thought, nor pulse, and the painful swells.
Crawling with fingers numb for even a sip of air,
But drown as in a swamp with no more to despair.
Into the darkness where Satan dwells,
Tasted the sour, salty, and bitter smells.
Abruptly, a glimpse of light glimmering ahead,
Holy angel? hoped I, moving forward instead.
Into the darkness where Satan thrives,
The sparkled light turns out into a chthonic fight.
Tunneling hard on the rocky dirt,
Craving merely for air despite the thirst.
Into the darkness where Satan lies,
Not far away, a bloody body dies.
A second of breath may reverse the battle,
But a whole second can cost an eternity to settle.

Students' life nowadays is extremely difficult, and one has to "suffer" from so many workloads to be considered "good students" and "successful". Leveling up to college is like being in a Dark Forest: fortunate enough, one may find an angel, or the opposite, a Satanic figure that pushes you down the entrance of "paradise".
