Toes
I bourrée on to stage
In my tiny boxes of pain
Knowing this is the last time,
I’ll feel this way.
I’ll never be here again,
basking in the spotlight.
I’ll never make any more dressing room memories,
With the family I’ve built here.
I’ll never feel like I belong somewhere.
Or like I am made for something.
I’ll never feel this way again.
