Will I skate competitively again? 

          Both my coaches said yes.  

          This makes me feel hopeful but with a sprinkle of stress. 

Will I skate competitively again? 

          My skate friends say “of course you will!”

          “We don’t know what we’d do without you there!”

           “We need your fun, goofy, kind self wrapped up in a package we can share!” 

Will I skate competitively again? 

          My mother says “not now, maybe later”

          I say “why not?”

          Mother says, “you need to come back slowly this time vs quickly like the “last three times.”
