The Pen
A pen; The intelligent sword
A bright man fights with his words
Chooses to lose the conflict,
To win the war
Negotiating can open doors
Forget the violence: a problem that is not yours
Use your pen, pencil, or writing utensil;
It will work better than any military "tour"
Not always is peace the answer,
But violence never is
Lend a man a pen,
If he seems to have forgot his
The panacea, tool to end all wars,
Will not be found in an arsenal of the haters;
It will be found on a sheet of paper
A poem about the effect a person's writings, or words can have on the world. How negotiating, and compromising can help to end violence. Fighting fire with water, instead of more fire.
