If there’s a final page this will have to be it
but the universe will go on
and though you try to reach it
if you think you can almost reach it
just close your eyes and you’ll find a deeper universe,
one you’ll never risk reaching the end of
there will be enough planets
drifting like buoyant and lost balloons
but eventually these too will desert you
and there will be only you flying farther
and farther out, farther
and farther out.
