Dracula of Envy

Emotions torment my mind,
as they inflict agony within.
An unwelcome sense of jealousy,
and all I see is red.
It is an interlude of deep notion,
letting impulsivity take control of me.
Along with the will to exert,
to clarify that I will no longer wait.
The Dracula of envy,
commanding me to surrender myself.
Anticipation with a bloody bite,
strength courses through.
The plunge of my wooden dagger,
which slices through his heinous heart.
Leaving me in a pool of blood,
that drags along as I try to forget.
