The grossness of my mouth

Whenever I speak

A frog jumps out

And the pond spills

The smells act out

Whenever my lips move

The woodland sends its birds

And they cry out

a loud, squawking sound

Whenever I open my mouth

Blood vessels from inside pop

And my heart falls out of my chest

Leaving me to hate my mouth.

Words disgust me,

Coming from inside

that don’t reside

outside of it all
