First set full of apprehension
Power, patience, technique and tension
Weights on the bar
A sport that makes a star
Strength and speed all for a skillful lift
Determine a goal at the beginning
To make it all worth winning
Learn to take the risk
Hands in the stands all over cheering
Three white lights appearing
Add more plates and be thinking elsewhere
