Black and White
I hope you find the colors to paint me back to the vibrant ones others used to say that I had
If you can't find them, then you can choose black
I'll be your white to the checkerboard of life we stand
And we can leave no room for confusion
Tear down all of the obstructions
And look at the stars in the big black ink we call the night sky
Watch as the stars paint pictures
Because our love is black and white.

So I wrote this poem on my bedroom floor... interesting place to write but I did. This poem truly wasn't written for anyone in specific, but it's how I imagine two lovers working together to deepen their connection and understand each other. :)
