School is finally over
Warm weather is here
Sleeping in until 10 in the morning
What is there to fear
Hanging out with my friends
The grass is a bright green
Every single day
Is like a movie scene
Summer brings me joy
Pools and beaches every day
Riding rides at Canobie Lake
I am so happy I do not have to write another essay
But once the summer months come to an end
I start to drift away
And before you even know it
School then comes into play
