14 and younger
Where be our humanity
In these difficult times
Where be our love
Our support
Where did our empathy and at least sympathy go
Where did it all go
I watch one thousand videos
One thousand wars
One billion lies
I am only but 14 years old
Where did our humanity go
I’m asking the people of America
To listen to my screams, the screams of children, a scream
They do not listen
I listen to everyone telling me there half thought out propaganda
Their lies they tell themselves at night
I listen
I cry
I wake in the morning
Nationalism is a disgusting thing
Yet too MANY people follow their country as if it were there god
Where did our humanity go
Every country in the world besides America wants a ceasefire
Israeli citizens protest every day
And turkey protests our country
Where did our common sense go
So much death and blood
Yet if that wasn’t enough
So much starvation
So much genocide
So much
So much
So much
Maybe they’ll listen
Hopefully they listen
Gaza feel my heart
Americas changing
We will soon listen
It’s a lie
They’re all gonna die
These are my worries
And I’m only but 14 years of age
I once saw a documentary where a kid said he saw his brother die
Where’s the humanity?
Why did they have to die?
Hamas hides they say
What a blatantly statement full of crap
Too many kids have died
How many of them were Hamas?
Where’s the humanity?
It’s so disgusting
I keep telling myself the same lies every night
I keep lying
Lying
Lying
I keep waiting
Waiting
Waiting
For either every Palestinian to die or for change
Are those serious my choices
No
They are not even mine
Why don’t they listen?
Our democracies a lie
When will they listen
Please
Please don’t say they all have to die
