chill September morning
Up from the east I see,
A face rising unto me,
Kinder than the breeze of the sea,
Better than the freedom to believe,
Crowned in magnificence.
And into the west I perceive,
A bleaker visage in pursuit
Of the lower valleys,
Farewell, my splendid moon,
I enjoyed your orange peace.
Ever-gleaming stream,
As you flow still in a current,
Reveal to me your spotlessness,
Conceal not your purity,
Ice not your babbling melody,
Stay with us, and do not freeze.
Soft, empowering breeze,
Rush and fling my lighter coat,
Fill my lungs with breath,
Conceal my sorrow in mirth,
Carry me to the skies,
That I may be one with the wind.

You're taking a morning walk in the neighborhood, and you realize how nice the weather is, so early in the morning. There's the weak, embracing rays of sunlight and the gusts of chilly wind. Winter is just around the corner. And the wind makes you want to fly.
