Healing is not linear
You do not wake up one day and just magically feel better.
Sometimes you wake up feeling worse than you did before.
Healing starts when you can admit that it is a process - when you can admit that healing is not a straight line.
You do not wake up and flourish like a butterfly in one day.

It took me a long time to learn that healing takes time and it's not just a one day or one week process. some days I wake up feeling worse than yesterday, but I still have the strength to wake up and face every day with all of my strength- even if all the strength I have is 50%.
