I wish

I wish the world was perfect,
But its not,
It never will be,
Reality,
I wish the grass was always green,
Not yellow not brown,
The trees growing tall,
Leaning over me,
Big shadows,
I wish I could help,
Not just people but everything,
I could put my own touch on problems,
Helping in my way,
I wish the sun never set,
The brightness,
Lighting up peoples days,
Never dark,
I wish I could go back in time,
To no worries,
No insecurities,
Just me,
I can’t.
