You start to think about the good old times

We reminisce until it's daylight 

I don't like this feeling 

We promised each other the world

Yet none of it seemed to matter 

Your eyes, your mouth, your sense of humor

Your personality, your promises, when you would say you loved me

Why ? Was it all just a lie?

My heart still cherishes every moment we had

I loved watching you be happy and smile so big

But it seemed to me like i was the only one putting in effort daily

It didn't feel right but i wanted it to be

I can't love someone who doesn't want to be loved

But it took me some time to realize that
