Oil and Mystics
So tired now my mind begins to loose its grip
Fading from reality painted pictures begin to slip
The oil begins to move and the faces begin to smile
Once still pictures are now dripping alive on my tile
Rising from the ground I find these images not so fake
Coming closer are they now as my whole world begins to shake
The eyes let go and my mind begins to except what is seen
A transformation into something only a child could dream
Initiating the first step is the biggest to my surprise
With colors so bold anything could suddenly arise
But saying a strange place is to trivial to call what I see
When I try to understand but my mind and eyes want agree
Converting my paradox into something mildly understandable
Is most difficult when I myself begin to loose my only handle
Painted lines stream my body as my flesh boils to an even peach
Sending the reality I once known so very far from reach
