Bloody Pearls

She cries inside and out,
And can't tell anyone what she's about,
She's lonely and scared,
She wishes someone cared,
She cries herself to sleep,
And she cuts herself real deep,
No one to turn to,
What can she do,
She wants to end her life,
So she cuts her neck with a knife,
Now no one will know,
That she dealt with terror and woe,
That she hid behind her curls,
Now all she has are bloody pearls.
