Guardian Angel
Her pain is in the past
And her pride shines bright
The courage she possesses shines
Like an angel gleaming in the light
She has been through hell
Knows what it’s like to fall
A guardian held her hand
Now she’s standing tall
It started when she was young
Continued till she was thirty four
Illness never left her broken
Someone’s looking out for her soul
Radiation left her weak
And cut her like a knife
I grew into her heart
I saved her life
