Would you like me to stop?
Kiss you good night
As the night starts to grow
And you leave yourself
For the last time in years

To the kid who was told
He would never be one of them
And tries to commit to a life
He knows he never needed
Stop yourself
Before you begin
Pull back from your darkness
Show the light that you care
Like the friends
Who saved you
From the brink of destruction

Hone your blades
This will be your last fight
So die happy
Instead of being nothing more
Than what you hoped to be
Look forward to the future
And sigh at your stupidity
Laugh at your mistakes
Cry at your shame
Love those who don’t
And hate those who do
