metaphorically speaking
My thoughts make me lonely.
They keep me trapt if you will.
My thoughts make me need
Acceptance, maybe.
Love, Definitely
My thoughts hold me hostage
My own life is fragile and
Maybe complex.
Complex, Definitely, actually.
My thoughts make me empty.
To speak metaphorically
Like your heart
Like your eyes
I'm cold, body seems fragile and
pale
But too tense to break
But tense enough that if you
ask, it will crumble
to pieces.
Metaphorically
Tense, torn, hurt, broken,
upset, sad, lonely, cold,
Fragile....
Like your heart
Like your eyes,
Metaphorically speaking.
