Mud
Dirt that has lost its dignity
Water thats fallen in the wrong place
Mixed
Into something unwanted
Avoided at all times
I pass by and stop
Staring
Entranced
I laugh, entranced by mud
How sad.
But, that mud
Somehow is me
ALone
Unwanted
Hated
So similar
I heave a sigh and walk away
Leaving the mud
Untouched
Unloved
Yes,
How very similar
