Anyone who suffers emotional pain
Ends up having a lock on their heart.
Put there, because they lose the ability to have blind trust.

Somehow he snuck in when I wasn’t looking.
I didn’t want to trust him,
So I pushed him away.

But he didn’t give up.
He got under my skin,
He made himself a part of my life.

Soon he gained access into my heart.
He stitched up the torn seems,
He washed off the bad feelings.

He picked the lock to my heart.
And I learned that love is the master key.

The author's comments:
This is..kinda embarrassing. Either you like it or think it's stupid. That's my take on this. I wrote it awhile ago, and the only reason I am posting this is because I love the last 2 lines. Love is the Master key. I thought that was cool
