Depression
hurts.
Cling onto every
happy
moment.
Hold tight,
don't let it slip
through fingers.

It seems
hopeless.
Forget why remaining
here is so important.

Then hear
father
call out,
"I hate myself.
I hate my life."
Then remember,so
father
doesn't have
to go through
the pain that his
daughter
felt when
she heard him cry.
