Pressure engulfs me
like a starving, raving piranha,
eager for food, subsistence, anything.
Incredulously, nobody notices
as I fall deep
deep
deeper down into confusion.
Balancing
her wishes,
his dreams,
their expectations.. until
everything
stops.
Cascades,
falls,
crashes;
tumbling
down
around
me.
Damn piranha.
