David's Poem
The most beautiful time of year
Flowers bloom and animals hatch
Calmness remains
Throughout the rush of day
The weather is like a layer of vanilla icing on this earth
That’s been lifted away
But with her spring
Comes a more hidden person
With all the anger that’s she’s kept locked up inside
Because she doesn’t know where else to keep it
But within spring
There lies a chance
A chance for her to forget about the past
And start fresh all over
