Something Shiney
Something shinny’s on her hand,
Something sparkly, yes my friend.
As she moves so gracefully,
The stone shows its beauty fully.
It’s a gift of love,
A symbol of joy, a soaring dove.
A token given from the one,
That brightens her day like the sun.
One and one make two,
Happy like him and her, there’s few.
Because, my friend, it’s not about,
And I know, without a doubt,
The stone on her finger,
But it’s the love, that does linger.
It’s the love that means the most,
Even though about the ring, she’ll boast.
She knows that this ring is really just a seal,
To prove that his love for her is real.
