Morning breaks
Into dust
And as a feather
Slowly falls
To the cold Earth
Light burns through
The empty spaces
Of what onse was

Shattering the silence
A scream is heard
From above
Tearing through
The atmosphere
Like a hot knife
I fall to my knees
My hands are weak
I tremble
But I feel
Nothing Anymore
Sleep is
A foreign word
I lie awake
And slowly bleed
Awaiting the dark
To take me away
My heart
Black and blue
My eyes
Though glazed
Tell of the pain
I try to hide
I no longer
Live
If I breath softly
I may survive
For just a while...
