Purple Rain
You see them dance to purple rain..
while the other girl sits at home..
a teardrop of blood rolls down her cheek and she pours out her heart and soul onto paper.. losing her best friend.. trapped forever in a prison.. surrounded by memories of distant life, distant love, distant truth.. doubting her self-existance.. she is like a wilted flower.. slowly losing her appetite.. dying more and more until she fades away.. does anyone care? about the being that loves you unconditionaly, even though you don't deserve it.. it's time to give up, to give in.. to the world she once knew.. and the world she will come to know again.. she needs to be saved.. in whose heart does she belong?
