We Are That Family
We are that family that takes turns sipping water from the pitcher.
That family that wakes up individually and digs for candy in our pockets that we will then eat for breakfast.
That family that doesn’t eat breakfast, lunch or dinner but rather snacks on gogurts, cheese sticks and occasionally take-out leftovers.
That family that spills right after the maid cleans.
That family that arrives late without an excuse.
That family that refuses to wear seat belts.
That family that plays sick when not wanting to participate.
That family that is known for being like this.
That family that gets away with it.
We are that family.
