My Painting
They’re the canvas,
The canvas that started it all,
The frame holds the picture together,
He is the one- of a- kind,
Artistic colors,
That sings to you like a Spanish guitar,
She’s the dramatic colors,
That some how remind you of Shakespeare,
I am the bright, bold, & crazy,
The colors that POP! Out at you,
And she is the fading colors,
You can’t see them,
But you still remember them,
You still remember them being there,
The colors that still speak to you,
As if they were never gone,
And still painted on the picture.
