I am a stem of grass, blowing in the breeze
I listen to everyone’s problems, with the simplest of ease
But do you listen to me?
To my thoughts?
To my wants?
To my needs.
I listen to everyone’s problems, all the while wondering
Wondering what would happen if I wasn’t here?
If I wasn’t me.
