Darkness
I felt the wind at my back
I heard the whisper of the dead
I felt the footsteps right behind me
I saw the shadow come across my path
I felt the cold breath on my neck
A shiver crawled down my spine
A small whimper escaped me
Was I simply just afraid?
Wouldn't you be?
It is a time that most would be afraid.
I am different however
I was not afraid
After all this is my domain
I am a creature of the dark
It is them who must be afraid
For I prowl dark allies
Who am I?
No one but a servant of the night
I am the Insomniac.
