Advice
Times heals all wounds,
At least that’s what they say
Yet everyone still hurts today
Pain from a distant past
The pressure, it never helps
Be well, do well, succeed
Yet everything fogs over
A wall against happiness, against hope
Depression, such a taboo term
Yet so many still need help
They say that you aren’t hurting
That it’s a lie, when it’s the truth
But what you feel in your heart
That pain, I’ve felt it too
Get help, though others can’t
Lest it eat at both your heart and mind
It’s hard to care, I know
You’ve been through so much
And you’ve given up all hope
Never forget just one thing though
I’m always here for you
