Wait, Exercise Restraint
Wait, exercise restraint.
Don’t throw a life a way in a pointless waste.
Make it count, don’t be bought out
By the promise that all your worries will go away.
Drinking can make you hurt your family, your friends
In ways that you may not comprehend.
Think about what you’re throwing away
With every drink you take.
So take your life into your own hands,
Don’t give into what they say.
Wait, exercise restraint,
And you may spare a life today.
