Purple hearts
Written on tiny scraps of paper
Littering the bottom of your locker
Overflowing onto tiled floor

It started as one
An innocent purple organ
Sketched hastily onto paper
For only you to see

One turned into a hundred
To match how fast my heart beats
When I see your orange hair...
You smile and pass me by
