Hope at the end of the tunnel
Hope’s candle is lit
As bright as a star
When dark times call for it
It comes from a far
The wax does not melt
Instead it holds its shape
Through all the joy felt
From its golden glowing flame
People rise
Their faces become bright
While the tears in their eyes
Become dry from the light
