Paradise Island
I live on Paradise Island
Where I walk across the beach every day and admire the scenery
Breathing in the fresh evening air
The sunset creeps down the sky
Pink, orange, and yellow shine into my blue eyes
While crabs scamper over my feet, tickling me
The smooth sand sticks between my toes
And waves softly crash against my feet
Seashells scattered across the sand
Palm trees sway above my head
Filled with coconuts ready to strike at any moment
Dolphins glisten as they dive out over the sunset
Boats drifting by with their colorful painted sides
A lonely sandcastle sits on the sand waiting to be washed away by the ocean
I hum a sweet tune and begin to walk home
It’s all a child could ask for
To live in paradise
