Oceans and Skies Explode in Your Eyes

Your mouth is open
But I can't hear what you say
your words mean so much to me
But your eyes tell more
Than any words could attempt
They are pure blue...
Mine are blue as well,
But with green
Instead of oceans and skies
Combined
In an explosion of elements,
As are your eyes.
I catch myself staring
Before it's too late
And I can only hope
You didn't notice me looking
A moment longer than necessary.

This is a great poem. You describe everything you need to, but it isn't over descriptive. There's a fine line between the two, and you've kept on it perfectly. I love the feeling I got when I read this, like the first time you start crushing on someone. Great poem, 5 stars for you!
