Anonymous in Soul
Words, aching and reflective,
Stumble aimlessly
Across the being of my sub consciousness.
They wait, with rapid anticipation to make it onto
The flawless piece of paper so a trace of their
Existence was evident.
Nameless, faceless beings scurry around me
With the speed of light
Passing through me, Yet I am left solidly alone
Amidst the tossing and turning seas of crowds,
I stand, anonymous in soul
In the heart of unseen insanity, Unacknowledged insanity, Displaying the very core of ignorance.
The cold air whips around me
Madly, uncontrollably,
Like a liquid less, frozen water coiled around the atmosphere.
The words, shrill and piercing,
Are thrown carelessly around me.
Left to be trampled on, Laughed at, but forgotten.
