Die For You
Is it possible to run forever?
To never stop to take a breath?
To dream and wish, and think you’re safe?
To want to get away?
To think that I can hear your screams,
From any place I go.
Wanting for just one more chance,
But you will never know.
I never thought I’d lose forever,
Before you left my heart.
Taken from this world like the others,
Who found it time to part.
I wish I could have been there for you,
I wish you would have stayed.
You couldn’t see the smile upon me,
The joy in me you made.
And one life like another, failed.
Can never stop the bleeding.
So with you I will go, my love,
Without my life proceeding.
