diseased

cancerous thoughts engulf my brain,
seizing "good" thought and causing me pain
it renders me helpless, leaves me dead
i really wish it could leave my head
emptying my inside, reopen some wounds
(where is my surgeon? will he be here soon?)
crippled and diseased, sick and insane--
someone lied--"we all love the same"
