Brick Wall of Love
When we were young
it was like we glued together
now here we are
and
we've
both found better
I know high school came
and I really changed
but things are different now
you gotta live awhile
You know
life ain't like it used to be
when you fall
you get back up
no time to cry over scraped knees
and I know this may be hard for you,
but I’ve moved on
no more tears will fall,
im putting up my brick wall
and this is how it ought to be
no more pain,
suffering
or agony
I loved you once
now im done
you broke my heart
and its still not one
this is who I am
I don’t need a man
I have friends
who care
who share
who love me for who I am
love me with no changes
so this is what I got to say
take your love and get away
