Never Will I Forget ...
You almost had me. But I guess almost wasn’t good enough for you. The words you spoke were so pretty, it would’ve been beautiful if they would’ve been true. For you I opened up my heart, but now all I’m doing is falling apart. I remember the day you promised you wouldn’t go, but now I see that you definitely didn’t stay. You’re now with her and here I lay, searching for a cure to mend my stupid heart and mind. Never will I forget our hugs and the way our bodies were so aligned, my head on your chest just soaking in your scent. And now all that remains of me is a big mess.
