One, Two, Three, Four
One, two, three, four
Four sweet boys knocking at Love’s door
User, Player, Friend, Saver
All aiming for one single shot with her
User tried
She got tired when he lied
Player played
He ran away when she couldn’t be remade
Friend loved
She messed up, to him she shoved
Saver did as his name implied
And, even better, he’s never lied
He keeps on trying, keeps on saving
While all the others just keep misbehaving
He’ll never leave her, even with his heart spilt
He’s helped her get through all kinds of s***
Love sees this, and binds them together
With bonds only they can sever
She loves him so much, she never wants free
He’s all she’s ever wanted, and she the same for he
The sad truth of this little poem is
She’ll never be his
He won’t open his heart and truly see
The only person she could ever love….
Is he.
