one more call is forwarded
I tried to let it go,
but the hurt is still processed.
when it used to be just you and me,
now another weekend away.
I bet you don't see half the confliction
I do.
maybe we're pretending
but I miss you and I don't wanna lose you
you're the only thing I've got
the closest to l ove
will the drift be just as simultaneous
as the many words we've spoken?
or will it carry out, staggered and uneven-
a Jenga of pain-blocks.
