I can only see the back of her head
Her long brown hair
Straight and thick
A checkered shirt
Colors of the 4th of July
And a white tank top
A bronze necklace
I don’t know what the front looks like
I can only see the back of it
Jeans
Dark Wash
End of class
There she goes
Tomorrow a new person will appear
But the same young woman
Will come sit in front of me
With a different appearance
Again blocking my view of the notes
At the front of the room
On the white board
