Fairy Tales
My prince charming is a dashing man
Tall, athletic, confident
His eyes deep pools of blue
Washing over me
Clear as crystal
My prince is very charming indeed
Witty, sarcastic, and teasing
Ive done everything imaginable
Just to catch his eyes
Lost my shoe
Ate a poisoned apple,
Even slept for many years
But my prince charming is different
He's not from a fairy tale,
A story told at bedtime
He is in fact real,
More tangible than a dream
But the catch is
My prince charming
Doesn't even know he's my prince
