I didn’t ask for this,
So why did you do this,
Do you not like me,
Did I do something wrong,
Tell me what I did,
You gave me a gift,
And I took it,
I shouldn’t have taken it,
The gift of living till the world ends,
The world won’t end fast enough,
Seeing my love ones die,
Never growing old,
This is a curse I have to live with,
I wouldn’t wish it on anyone,
Falling in love,
Having them grow old,
But all I can do is watch,
Them dying,
Me swearing I will never fall in love again,
Yet, it happens again and again and again,
My loves always die,
And all I can do is watch,
The earth will never end soon enough.
