Too young
Can't you see the tears I shed?
I'm only just a girl
Staring at the man I'll wed
This is not my world
His eyes deep pools of love and hope
His feelings my dull eyes choke
I will not love him
Not for the crown
Or even for this fancy gown
I'd like to go back to my poor girl life
Not become a woman or wife
My heart is a mess
I'm in such destress
For tomorrow I must become the princess
